– salary range of 2500 – 4000 EUR (before taxes as a freelancer or employee)  + bonuses + company stock options

 

 

What will you be doing

– Conduct ongoing market, user & competitor anlaysis

– Network online and onsite (traveling)

– Create & execute a/b tests to various lead generation campaigns

– Develop marketing content featuring science news, our case studies and data of our global user base

– Participate and lead conversations towards partnerships with decision makers

– Proactively drive expansion via existing clients, referrals and more.

What are we looking for

– A strong interest and care for science-backed EQ training towards better performance & quality of life.

– Proven ability to generate leads for partnerships (results in numbers).

– Previous experience in B2B sales and work with CRM is required.

– A constant learning, growth & “YES” attitude towards the unknown and daily new challenges. We are very dynamic, as startups often are!

– A strong sense of ownership with a data-driven mindset.

– Ability to manage huge volumes of social interactions in meeting, calls and writing using CRM.

– Willingness to learn fast and tech-savvy (we use several SaaS systems and constantly look for ways to automate our activities).

– Outstanding communication skills in both English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

– Previous experience in HR, sales, research, mental health, HR consultancy, psychology, or education is a significant plus.
