Why EQ Training Matters?

AI and ever-changing market brings certain challenges requiring soft competencies upskilling such as building resilience to inevitable change.

At Vinted, we are committed to developing our team’s emotional competencies such as awareness of self & others, emotion regulation, and building resilience through proactive measures. We introduced Mindletic, our EQ training application, to train these competencies among our company members, aiding both personal and professional growth.

Mindletic Offerings

Mindletic provides a range of supports to address various EQ training needs from individual to various community-driven features in app & web. Besides various EQ training features Vinted members receive 

●  15 free annual sessions up to €45 per consultation  Higher-tier consultations are available at an additional cost; 

● Eligibility and Access. Taill Vinted employees, except interns, are eligible. 

Access Mindletic services via the app:

– Current users: Use Okta > find Mindletic > scan the webpage QR code to

reactivate.

– New users: Use Okta > find Mindletic > scan the QR code > create an account to begin.

Dependents: Unfortunately, Mindletic cannot be extended to any dependents.
