Laima Šlapkauskaitė is the founder and managing director of Trust-Based Solutions, with over 7 years of experience in consulting and more than 10 years working with international companies such as Western Union and Adform. She specializes in Strengths Coaching, team building, trust, and talent management, helping companies unlock their team’s potential for productivity and innovation. Laima has a deep understanding of how to foster growth and high performance through Strengths Coaching, Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Powerful Conversations. She works closely with executive teams worldwide, guiding them to develop sustainable ways of working. As the first certified Clifton Strengths Coach in Lithuania, Laima also brings expertise in Lewis Deep Democracy and the application of various talent management tools.
