About the event

At a certain stage, many senior leaders reach a point where their goals have been achieved – perhaps even faster than planned – yet meaning feels absent. The external success of both the team and the leader continues to grow, but the internal narrative that once provided energy and direction does not develop at the same pace. Work that once felt like creation gradually becomes maintenance. Questions about long-term contribution and legacy appear earlier than expected.

This often does not look like burnout. Performance may even remain high. Responsibilities are fulfilled. From the outside, everything appears successful.

But internally, leaders and their teams may recognize quieter signals: loss of intrinsic motivation, portfolio fatigue, questioning the relevance of ongoing efforts, or a subtle sense that achievement alone is no longer a sufficient source of direction.

This is not exhaustion. This is a lack of meaning.

Meaning is created, but nobody taught us how to do it.

This workshop will equip you with tools and knowledge to create meaning in your leadership journey and in your teams.

The workshop will be led by Urtė, co-founder & CEO of HIA, who works at the intersection of leadership, meaning creation, and civic humanism, helping organizations develop cultures where meaning is built in strongly.

This is a VIP exclusive event for leaders of the Mindletic EQ Gym community who are interested in mature leadership, sustainable motivation and building organizations where success translates into long-term significance.
