Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Identify, find, and engage prospects. Through written and verbal communications.
  • Engage in social interactions using written & spoken communication
  • Analyse market trends and contribute to selecting targets.
  • Proactively approach representatives of target companies, maintaining a high volume of contacts.
  • Prospect and organise partnership opportunities using dialogue-based approach.
  • Provide objective feedback to help shape Mindletic with different angling moving forward through scalability.
  • Creatively follow up with high-value clients using CRM, maintaining detailed notes and tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance and improve growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest and care for emotional intelligence and mental health.
  • Must speak fluent English, and have very skilled knowledge of American slang is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
  • A ‘yes’ and ‘can do’ attitude towards unknown and new challenges.
  • Must be willing to speak on the phone for lead generation.
  • High energy and previous experience with objections.
  • Obtaining high amounts of self discipline, and a team go-getter attitude!
  • Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for team success.
  • At least 2 – years previous experience in a similar b2b sales position.
  • University degree in social sciences is a plus.
