Customer support in writing and sometimes reply to calls (~1hr/day, but will grow).
Constantly optimizing processes to open new opportunities for more efficient ways of working.
Conducting continuous user research while supporting users to guide Mindletic product development.

Potential to grow into bigger customer support, science-backed consultancy to clients, partnerships or other depending on company growth. We offer new positions to team members first.
Minimum 20hrs/week commitment
High level of organization, attention to detail, tech & AI savvy, and proactive mindset.
Proven experience managing databases/data (can be experience in statistical analysis or research).
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (small organization or a start-up).
Natural curiosity, interest in science, ambition, and a results-oriented approach.
Fluent in English with Lithuanian as a native language.
Located in Vilnius most of the time.
Interest in emotional intelligence (EQ) & education.
University degree (degree in social sciences is a strong plus).

Previous experience with remote work and working with AI tools is a plus.
