As the Head of Operations at Mindletic, you will be at the forefront of our mission to anticipate and mitigate costly destructive behaviour patterns.

Compensation range 1600 – 3300 EUR (netto) + stock options gross

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead and grow (as we grow) our operations team, overseeing people, planning & managing operations budget based on best ROI, own main success metrics (~20% of total time).
Create value to our b2b clients by serving as a dedicated customer relationship manager and organizational wellbeing consultant, managing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement & (re)activation.
Managing operational tasks such as invoicing, legal matters, and accounting to ensure smooth business operations.
Proactively drive and manage customer engagement activities, including monthly mental health events and the development of most valuable products and services.
Supervise the Mindletic marketplace community, handling full cycle.
Manage research (focus group or testing ideas).
Provide input to future product development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
Interest and care for science backed EQ & mental health is a must
Previous experience in budget management, leadership & operations
YES attitude towards unknown and daily new challenges (we’re very dynamic as startups are!)
Ownership mentality with a data-driven mindset
Passion for establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships
Excellent communication skills in English & Lithuanian (written and spoken)
Previous experience in HR/mental health/psychology/education is a huge plus
Previous remote work & partnership management experience is a plus
