Full Stack Engineer
REMOTE
What you'll be doing
– Shipping impactful work, prioritizing based on field research insights.
– Owning and evolving our JavaScript (React, NextJS), PHP (Laravel), REST, and GraphQL. Bonus: Material UI.
– Collaborating through code reviews.
– Developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and tweaking.
– Estimating delivery times to align with client expectations.
– Contributing to product decisions (startup environment requires wearing multiple hats).
– Full-time or part-time with daily involvement (minimum 20hr/week)
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
– Interest in EQ and emotional resilience.

– Team player with strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
– Strong in JavaScript frameworks (React essential, Vue a plus).
– Experience with MVC architecture (Laravel a bonus).
– Technical skills: proficient in React (NextJS a bonus), AWS/cloud services, PHP, Git, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), CI/CD, GraphQL, REST APIs, and Material Design.
– at least 3 years of experience as full stack engineer
– Experience in remote teams.
– Eager to learn and teach, adaptable to new tech.
– Good time management, proactive in seeking feedback, empathetic, supportive, and handles stress well.
– Experience in startup environment & SQL is a plus

– compensation 3000 – 4500eur/month gross (before taxes), probation 3 months, potential 10% increase after probation, company stock options
