- conduct (mainly online) Mindletic demos, lead negotiations & close partnership deals 🤝

- work to find the right solution for each partner & client using a dialogue / value-based approach

- based on objective feedback overview help Mindletic drive the further growth and product strategy 📈

- manage your own time and work processes, invent or reuse processes that work best for you and your team

- provide input and improve our growth strategies together with the team

- interest, knowledge and care for emotional health

- at least 2 years of operational B2B sales experience

- 'yes' attitude towards unknown and new challenges

- ownership mentality 💪

- excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus

- previous experience in a similar (sales or/and management) position
