– salary range of 2000 – 3500 EUR (before taxes) + bonuses + company stock options

What will you be doing

– lead the entire outbound sales process from discovery to contract

– analyse market trends and select target markets/target companies

– proactively approach representatives of target companies (high volume of contacts)

– conduct online product demos, lead negotiations & sign deals with potential clients

– work to find the right solution for each client using a dialogue-based approach

– based on objective feedback overview help Mindletic drive the further growth and product strategy

– followup creatively those, we make the most value to using CRM (high volume of notes & tasks)

– provide input and improve our growth strategies together with the team

– potentially grow into a leadership role as we’re growing as a team

What are we looking for

– interest and care for emotional intelligence & health

– at least 2 years of operational B2B sales experience

– ‘yes’ attitude towards unknown and new challenges 

– ownership mentality

– excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English

– previous experience in a similar position
