WHAT TO EXPECT
On April 24th Mindletic invites you to join an event.
Self-doubt is a quiet but powerful force that can hold us back from fully stepping into our potential – impacting our confidence, communication, decision-making, and overall sense of worth. In both personal and professional settings, learning to recognize and manage the emotional patterns that feed self-doubt is essential for building sustainable self-esteem and resilience.
This event will explore how emotional intelligence can help shift internal narratives, navigate emotional triggers, and cultivate a stronger, more grounded sense of self. Participants will gain practical tools to move from self-criticism and hesitation to empowered action and resilience.
During the session we will explore the following:
• Identifying emotional triggers and internal narratives that contribute to self-doubt.
• Strengthening self-awareness as a foundation for confidence and personal growth.
• Replacing the inner critic with a more constructive inner coach.
• Building emotional resilience to bounce back from setbacks.
