– Develop quality marketing content featuring science news, our case studies and data of our global user base.
– Create & execute a/b tests (lead generation campaigns).
– Proactively drive expansion via existing clients, referrals and more.
– Participate and lead conversations towards partnerships with decision makers (huge volume of leads).
– Conduct ongoing market, user & competitor analysis.
– Sometime network online and onsite (some traveling might happen).
– Grow and lead your team as we grow.
– A strong interest and care for science-backed EQ training towards better performance & quality of life.
– Proven ability to generate leads for partnerships (results in numbers).
– High curiosity, resilience, empathy, teamwork, interest in hunting with the team.
– Previous experience in B2B sales and work with CRM is required.

– A strong sense of ownership with a data-driven mindset.
– Ability to manage huge volumes of social interactions in meetings, calls and writing.
– Willingness to learn based on data-driven insights and be tech-savvy (we use several SaaS systems and constantly look for ways to automate our activities).
– Outstanding communication skills in both English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
– Previous experience in management, recruitment, sales, research, HR consultancy, psychology, or education is a significant plus.
