What will you be doing
– shipping work that matters – we prioritise development based on pains and solutions found while researching in the field
– guide others in fields you know & accept guidance when some knowledge is lacking
– connect pieces together in order to make Mindletic work smoothly
– Estimate potential time of delivery per project in order to align client expectations
– contribute to product copiers when needed or input from our business side is missing (we’re a startup therefore wearing few hats are inevitable sometimes)
– own and evolve our Typescript, React-Native, Laravel and future codebases – we’re young, therefore flexible with stack of your choosing
– collaborating with others through code reviews and pair programming
– develop, test, deploy, monitor, and tweak
– grow & lead engineering team as we grow
