We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives (AEs). Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our sales pipeline.
Lead Qualification: Engage with leads from our existing pipeline, assess their needs, and determine their fit with Mindletic’s offerings.
Outbound Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage potential new clients through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.).
Appointment Setting: Book high-quality meetings with qualified leads for the Account Executives to advance the sales process.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, prospects, and activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies, ensuring a consistent and effective approach.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including the number of meetings booked, lead qualification rates, and outreach effectiveness.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and other technology platforms to manage and track leads.
