- 800 - 1200 € (net) salary per month
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- recruit new professionals for Mindletic community of psychologists
- conduct introductory calls and interviews to present Mindletic and understand the candidates' personal and professional fit
- onboard new professionals, manage and improve the process
- keep psychologists in the loop with all the tools and opportunities available
- build and maintain trusted relationships with psychologists
- drive community engagement initiatives
- manage operations related to the community of psychologists
- provide customer support to Mindletic users
- help with other operational tasks
- grow personally and professionally with the Mindletic team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- interest and ability to use suitable vocabulary in mental health, well-being, and sustainability topics
- at least 1 year experience in recruitment or community management
- ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment (particularly start-up)
- ability to work in a fully remote setting
- educational background in Psychology is a plus
- excellent written and spoken English language skills
