WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

- lead the entire outbound sales process from discovery to contract

- analyse market trends and select target markets/target companies 🌱

- proactively approach representatives of target companies

- conduct online product demos, lead negotiations & close up deals with potential clients 🤝

- work to find the right solution for each client using a dialogue-based approach

- based on objective feedback overview help Mindletic drive the further growth and product strategy 📈

- provide input and improve our growth strategies together with the team

- opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we're growing as a team 🏋🏻‍♀️

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- interest and care for emotional health

-at least 2 years of operational B2B sales experience

- 'yes' attitude towards unknown and new challenges 

- ownership mentality 💪

- excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English

- previous experience in a similar position
