WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- lead the entire outbound sales process from discovery to contract
- analyse market trends and select target markets/target companies 🌱
- proactively approach representatives of target companies (high volume of contacts)
- conduct online product demos, lead negotiations & sign deals with potential clients 🤝
- work to find the right solution for each client using a dialogue-based approach
- based on objective feedback overview help Mindletic drive the further growth and product strategy 📈
- followup creatively those, we make the most value to using CRM (high volume of notes & tasks)
- provide input and improve our growth strategies together with the team
- potentially grow into a leadership role as we're growing as a team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- interest and care for emotional intelligence & health
-at least 2 years of operational B2B sales experience
- 'yes' attitude towards unknown and new challenges
- ownership mentality 💪
- excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English
- previous experience in a similar position
